RecommendedSteven was amazing in helping me get my roof replaced after they were damaged in the storms this year. He helped me navigate the claims process and was onsite when the claims adjuster came to visit. Following that, he and his crew did a fantastic job and my roof looks amazing! They even sent someone over the next day for a courtesy visit and used a magnet to scour for any loose nails and any remaining trash. The Blacksmith Roofing crew did a fantastic job on our roof. Preston made all the arrangements and maintained communication with us. The crew was very polite and did such a great job. They did a great job of cleaning up all debris. When the crew finished, Preston did an inspection of the completed work. They provide exceptional quality service.
Preston Davis is wonderful. today I get my new roof so will post a review after that but thus far, Preston Davis has made a stressful situation easy. he held my hand thru the insurance process. he met the adjuster. he explained the adjuster report. he responds so quickly when I text him. he is so polite and kind and genuine. so far, I am over the top pleases. more to come .

Blacksmith was INCREDIBLE to work with! Don made sure that all of our woes were calmed and worked with us to make the best of a bad situation. The roof looks great and they worked quickly and efficiently. We had one minor issue with a pipe thingy falling through the roof (don’t know what it’s called lol) but they quickly sent someone out and resolved it immediately! Awesome customer service.
