RecommendedWe just moved into the area 3 weeks ago and our 14 year old Shepherd/Husky mix was in need of a vet. His back end is weak and he has trouble standing. Dr Winkler was a godsend! She evaluated Jaeger and recommended an anti inflammatory chew for him and showed us an exercise that would help strengthen his legs. Dr Winkler and her staff was wonderful and I would HIGHLY recommend Blair County Hospital to anyone looking for a quality vet for their pets!

RecommendedMy dog Lexi was just recently diagnosed with arthritis and neuropathy..I can't say enough about how well the Vets and the Tech Josh has taken care of her. They recommended the once a month Lyrica shot for her and she is doing great!! Thank You Blair Animal Hospital! ❤️

RecommendedI cannot say enough good things about Blair Animal Hospital. The entire staff was amazing. After a bad experience searching all over the area for a vet that was even accepting new patients we finally found Blair and I am so glad that we did. From the very first phone call we were treated so well. Both of my dogs needed annual exams and booster shots. They were nervous, one extremely so. The vet was so patient and kind with both dogs. I am more than comfortable with having my dogs cared for here.

RecommendedOur experience here was absolutely wonderful. Compassionate vets and staff, all new equipment and the entire facility was as clean as a whistle. The waiting area has a home-like feel. Checking out is so easy as they have card readers in the examination rooms. Our cat, who can be very aggressive at any vet, was treated with so much patience and was ultimately well behaved due to their slow and soft-handed approach. I highly recommend this amazing group of people!

RecommendedNever seen such great care for animals until I came to this place! They treated my pup like their own. Dr. Winkler is the kindest, most knowledgeable vet! It’s the next day after seeing the vet for my puppy’s issues (surgery from another vet) and this morning she is back to herself. Can’t thank them enough for getting us in super quickly and addressing all our issues! They even were nice enough to help me out to my car. Thank you all so much!

Recommendedit’s so hard to trust anyone with our babies but i truly feel at ease when i leave them at blair animal hospital. joji and lola have a great time! they also listen to all our concerns at every vet visit, and don’t try to oversell you on services. we live 40 min away but the drive is WORTH it for such amazing quality care!
