Blair was able to work with our situation and secure a great rate. Even though funding the loan took a while (due to the volume of loans in process) he kept us in the loop at every step. We found the Floify system to be a great way for us to understand the stage of the process and provide documents in a secure fashion. Blair was highly recommended to us from a friend and we will do the same!
