The wasn’t this back and forth with the numbers that so many places do today. Every question we had was met with a good answer that actually made sense. No question was too ridiculous. They answered everything.

Blair was able to work with our situation and secure a great rate. Even though funding the loan took a while (due to the volume of loans in process) he kept us in the loop at every step. We found the Floify system to be a great way for us to understand the stage of the process and provide documents in a secure fashion. Blair was highly recommended to us from a friend and we will do the same!
