Very impressed by the staff including the store manager, the woman who visited my home to measure the windows for cornices, and the installer. All were very professional and knowledgeable. The past reviews I've read regarding them winning the BEST window treatment category are true.

The process was seamless from start to finish. Everyone that we spoke to and worked with along the way in our home and in the store front was professional, knowledgeable and simply a joy to meet.There is only one small thing, the set of holders that secure the blinds at the bottom of the French doors are not level with each other. Outside of that, love our new blinds and would definitely recommend this company!
