RecommendedI have been a patient at this dentist office the last couple years and I'm glad I made the change to this dentist office . All of the staff members you encounter are polite. Every time I call they always do the best they can do to get me in quickly. Brooke is usually the one that answers it when I call and I consider her and I besties now lol 🤣 . RecommendedI was initially hesitant about visiting a “chain” dental office because I had a terrible experience with one in the past. However, Great Lakes Family Dental did not disappoint! The staff was super friendly and honest; they didn't try to invent problems to charge me more, unlike my previous experience. Dr. Brown was efficient while still taking the time to answer all my questions. I will definitely use them as my regular dentist from now on!
