RecommendedI was at the office yesterday to see Dr Liz. They have excellent procedures in place to protect patients from Covid. I felt very safe and as always the care is superb.
RecommendedGreat first experience! Lucy the hygienist was friendly, considerate, and thorough in her work and explanations. Dr. Tim was approachable and efficient. Scheduling an appointment was easy (online), and the office and equipment were state of the art. I actually enjoyed visiting the dentist for once, so thank you Blue Back Dental!
Extremely poor service today. I had an appointment at 2:30 I confirmed this with the receptionist before I left work in Waterbury at 12:00. Upon arrival at 2:12 I was told the appointment was at 2:00 and would have to reschedule. I was a patient with the previous Dr Molinoux but will not be bringing my family of 4 here any longer.
Another successful visit with Dr Wu! Can't recommend this practice enough. They think of everything AND take care of it too! Thanks everyone!
