Blue Construction re-built our brick mailbox after it was accidentally knocked down. Scheduling the work was painful and communication was better via email. They are not good at calling back. The price was a little high but the work they did was good.

I would have given him a 5 star except he didnt comeback to finish and i even text him didnt reply customer service is good in following up and yes he did comeback and finish it
This company is easy to work with and the quality of their work is really good. I really appreciate their attention to detail. They built a retaining wall in my backyard and flattened an area that was making the yard feel small. I decided to take their suggestions and the result I am really happy with. So far the communication has been horrendous, constantly have to pester them for information and timing because when they actually tell you something it doesn?t happen and then no further explanation or rescheduling occurs. The work looks to be mostly ok, however little finishing things like sealing and foundation caulking have not been scheduled. In addition, my brand new driveway has a stain in it, we shall see if this gets any attention.
I'd really like to give a better review, but the communication with Blue Construction is just bad. I spoke with Nancy & she gave me a date they would start work. Nobody showed up that morning. I called & found out the email telling me a different start date was sent to a wrong email address. They had a completely different customers work order under my name & it took several conversations with them for them to realize this.
