Just made the switch to Blue Flame (today) My husband called on Monday they came out took a look at what we had going on. Today(Wednesday) they showed up we have a new 100gal tank and we are good to go. So happy to get rid of Amerigas. Thankful for friends and suggesting blueflame. The guy that came out(I forget his name now) so polite so perfesstional. The price of the propane through blue flame is way cheaper then Amerigas was.

Twice now they filled our tank when asked for only a 100 gallons and demanded full payment right then and there each time well over 1400.00 this time they actually came and pump the propane back out two day before a snow storm are you kidding me. Mind you I spoke with someone Monday told them we would make make next Friday on pay day and told me that was fine as long as I pay 3 days later they are here pumping it out. This tan is getting removed and we will be serviced with a better and cheaper company

the office staff needs a lesson is manners and phone etiquette. When extra charges are being added to a bill the customer needs to be told before the service is provided. an updated invoice should also be sent. There is no communication and customers are not treated with respect. The drivers are polite and professional.
