RecommendedMy appointment was with Dr.Ramser concerning an ongoing knee problem . The office staff and nurse were efficient and assured me that all was totally prepared for the appointment during this time of the Virus. They could not have been better! RecommendedWe usually see Dr. Smith, who we love. However this time my hubby saw a PA Jenn Pataluna since Dr. Smith does not specialize in nerve damage problems. We would highly recommend her. She was thorough and very attentive. She is an excellent resource for Blue Ridge. And my hubby said, very easy on the eyes. LOL!

RecommendedThe staff was very nice and knowledgeable. They were concerned for every patient’s welfare so far as the covid-19. My doctor (Dr. Ward) was very knowledge and had possible options to review. He easily discussed with me the pros and cons and together came up with an option that would work for my life. I enjoyed talking with him.
