RecommendedMy husband and I love living here. It's the people, both the staff and the residents. We wouldn't want to live anywhere else.
I moved here after my wife died and it has been a great community for my healing.
My husband had both heart and kidney failure when we came. I could no longer take care of him, the yard and paint the house. We came in 2005 and thanks to the atmosphere of support and friendship; he lived until 2012.We're close to medical,shopping and Lackland AFB for those of us who are military. One of the biggest surprises I had was we could live here for about what it cost us for living in our home which was paid for! Come visit, I'll show you around. Dee Pittenger

i have been working here since March. n believe me im the happiest here i love the set up the residents homes n everyone here is so friendly the outdoors is perfect just so amazing n relaxin n very safe environment
We moved here in March 2018. from NY!We are 81 and 82 years old. We will celebrate our 60th Wedding Anniversary in June 2019. Our little chihuahua enjoys walks and the screened porch—so she can keep an eye on the neighborhood. We are happy and have many new friends!! We are welcomed by the doctors, dentist and many specialists who keep us healthy—right here at Blue Skies! There are old friends here too! Friends we meet again from the past!
