No one asked me about my insurance until I showed up for my first visit, so not happy that I found out on arrival that cash payment was expected. Could’ve/Should’ve been notified beforehand. 2nd visit Front desk couldn’t explain processes so I could understand why the appointment I showed up for wasn’t showing on the books. They seemed frustrated that I was asking about, came across as defensive, bordering on rude.
Super disappointed in the Hendersonville office. Doctor was great but office cost us so much time and money with incompetence. On top that they completely ignore any complaints directly so I am left with writing a review. Will not get into details because it is private but have never been treated this way by an office before and it is not just one instance. My family has left their practice with notice and they could care less.
I had my first appointment on 3/11 and got pellets. I liked the staff okay, it's the billing I have a problem with. After going in circles with their office regarding obtaining necessary documentation for FSA purposes, I was told today that "there's nothing they can provide". So if you're planning to use an FSA or HSA account to pay for HRT therapy here, be aware that the vendor will require a prescription and Blue Sky MD is not able or willing to provide that.
At first I was satisfied with the service, and the doctors were fine, but the billing process is a major problem. They would not code it so that my insurance company would pay, then I had a balance which they sent to a collection agency too soon. Watch the way you are billed and make sure it is correct. I still think I was being overcharged for the services. Murray
Overall a good experience. Had two early appts for a blood draw and the lab tech wasn't there. Had to re-schedule one of them but not a huge deal. They are cost effective for the services receive.
