It was actually a bad day the last I came. I was scheduled for Thurs 2/16 and was asking to change to the 17th b/can you were dbl booked. So I did and then I waited for 45 minutes after my appt and then had to ask what the deal was, and no one knew. It was after I was taken back that PA told me that she was double booked. I'm 63 and really needed help with weight loss. I was not a candidate for hormone replacement but blueskymd gave me the tools and education that I needed to be successful. I am making healthy choices and continuing to lose weight towards my healthy goal.

Kept at a sub therapeutic dose for 1 mo before I asked for an increase. Now the NP is threatening to decrease the subsequent dose if I don’t eat more protein. Just gained 4 lbs trying to comply. I don’t need to be bullied. The process is indeed very slow. I’ve never done protein powder or bars before. And there’s no discussion of exercise although I’m in PT. The clerical staff is wonderful. The nutritional “coaching “ for the most part is a waste.
