I started at Blue Sky in June of 2016. I have lost 45 pounds, have 5 more to go. It is slow going but I hope to keep in off. I started to take off weight so my knee would quit hurting. Since May, I have managed to increase my walking daily to about 4 miles a day. I feel great. At 72, I feel better than I have in years. Thank you Blue Sky for helping me learn how to eat. It hasn't been easy, but now I do know I can do it.
Everyone there is working to help you again your goals. No judgements, no shaming, just kindness and helpful practical ideas.
This program is one of the best things I have ever done for myself! I have lost 33 lbs so far and feel like I have the tools and the encouragement from staff to keep it off. I love that they aim to see the full picture of what has kept you from successfully losing weight or having energy and help you knock down those obstacles, whether it be in the form of hormone therapy or nutritional counseling. I would recommend this program to everyone!
