Blue Sky MD has helped, motivated, and encouraged me along my weightloss journey. The staff is friendly and caring, and available to assist with helpful tips and advice. I have lost a significant amount of weight following the program. I would recommend Blue Sky MD to anyone interested in losing weight through healthy eating and lifestyle change.
Dr. Brown is exceptional.
Blue Sky MD is a worthwhile program, especially if followed as recommended. Diet and exercise must be performed as recommend if one wants to be successful. There is no elevator to successful weight lost. You have to take the stairs. No shortcuts!!
