Blue Sky MD is a worthwhile program, especially if followed as recommended. Diet and exercise must be performed as recommend if one wants to be successful. There is no elevator to successful weight lost. You have to take the stairs. No shortcuts!!

I've been coming since September last year..to date I've lost 45 pounds, learned how to eat better.the visits with dietician have show me where to improve. I have shown accountability as well as positive involvement in my journey.. I've also been using hormone replacement therapy which has reawakened the youthful part of me as a women..i definitely could or would not be where I am with out these people and the service they provide.

Would highly recommend Blue Sky MD. I have been to both Asheville, and Hendersonville office's. Dr's and nurses, staff, ect were very kind and I think what I personally like the most, they don't rush you. Dr. Rachael Briwn, and Dr. Ben were the two that I spoke with. Precious, caring people ❤!

When I decided to try Blue Sky I was skeptical because I had tried other things and nothing had worked. I am happy to say that Blue Sky was different. In less than a month I was feeling 100% better. Hot flashes, mood, libido, mental clarity, all were SO much better! Thank you Blue Sky!
