I absolutely love the drs who are amazing and make me feel they are interested in helping me. The drs and/or nurses are so friendly and intelligent and have explained so much to me and have helped me on my health journey. I have referred several friends to this drs office. The front office staff are also kind, quick and efficient. However, the billing department lacks the friendliness, knowledge of insurance or willingness to help or get back with you. Well you dropped the ball it took 3 weeks to get medication to help lose weight when I frist started. This last time we ate going on 3 weeks again. So I paid all this money and only lost like 4 or 5 lbs. I'm not to happy with the program. I think I'm not one of you top patients. This is the second time I have used you guys and it really hasn't done a thing but empty my pocket book. Not happy with you guys at all.
I've been going to blue sky for a couple of years now for hormone replacement and I must say one of the best things I have ever done. Love the office and staff untill today. Called the general number to make an appointment on for a shot it was 11 am and was told that they didn't have one untill 1 pm when they got back from lunch. Shots help and like knowing calories burned at rest. Progressing with weight loss at same rate as two weeks before started visits.
Went for a physical and then was billed $100+ dollars for a phone call going over the results. When I called the billing department all they said was that was the way the Dr. billed it. Will never go back, terrible customer service and a bit shady if you ask me.
Addressed my health concerns with a treatment plan based on testing that targets the areas of my health that will provide me with improved quality of life
The check in receptionist not friendly. Besides that I had given information about my Health Insurance twice over the phone the week before my appointment. However, the day of during check in I was told they had no information about my Health Insurance in the computer . I told them , I had given it over the phone two times it had to be there . Have billing to do better in billing. Paid when I came in office each time. Paid copay when enter office and paid again when I left office for shots and still was send a bill owing more. So I had to stop coming which is bad

Please call the office and request to speak with me (Jake Hunter) and I can explain the balance that you received on your statement. We offer 2 different types of shots where we can file 1 particular shot (B12) with insurance and the other (MIC) is self pay. In some cases, the B12 can be left to a patient's deductible.
