I love that every person there is friendly and I feel like I can openly discuss all my needs and concerns. They are very caring and very encouraging even when I feel like I have not done my best on the program. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Great polite and professional staff
I am so happy. Once I got to have my first meeting with the coach and understanding what I needed to do, I lost 4.7 lbs in my first week. I met with Coach Ray this week and she was very encouraging and excited for me. I know I will not lose the same amount every week and I know I have quite a way to go. What's great beginning.
Great place for hormone therapy and weight loss. The educatin is very valuable! I lost some weight and have been learning what works with my system.
They have finally gotten me to feeling myself again!!!
