I really LOVE the staff at both the Greensboro and Winston-Salem locations....(now that one of them is gone from GSO). They actually LISTEN to how you feel! So far from my last insert, I haven't felt any different. But I'm sure that's because the pellets haven't had time yet to get into my system and because I had gotten so low. I seem to use the pellets up pretty fast and go too long in between until the next insertion. I am under quite a bit of stress and am told that is a factor in using the pellets up quicker.
