Blue Sky MD have some wonderful people working there! The food coaches are there to help you make better food choices. You get to see Dr Brown and Dr Mary Wells.....They are AWESOME people!!! The ladies in the front desk are always helpful and greet you with a smile and compliments! There are other ladies who greet you to take you back the room seemed to always greet you with a smile to weigh you etc.....When you fall off they encourage you to get back on track and to keep going! I join Blue Sky MD January 15, 2018. I weighed in at 346.7 lbs. Today, March 27, I had my Official 11 Week weigh in, and I weighed in at 297.7 pounds. First time I’ve been under 300 pounds in probably 10 years. Thank you Blue Sky MD and thanks to all my family and friends who have given me words of encouragement. 97.7 lbs. to go, and one year and a half to get there.
