From the time I began this weight program, I have had success. They take time to go what you are doing right and what you need to change to accomplish your goals. They make you feel that they are with you all the way.

I'm so glad that I began with Blue Sky. I had tried losing weight many times on my own and the weight would not change. I have thyroid problems and they have been able to help with that. I've lost nearly a pound a week now that I have been going to Blue Sky. With their help, I was able to see the weight drop for the first time. At week 12, I've lost 12.5 pounds!
I have so many wonderful things to say about Blue Sky that it would literally take me to long to share them all. So, I'll leave you with this. They're awesome!!!! ��
I have really enjoyed working with the staff at Blue Sky MD. I have lost 33 pounds and received so much helpful advice and encouragement each week.
