Staff was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process of purchase and installation of our pool! Once it was done, if I had questions, the service department was just a phone call away and very helpful.

The installers were very professional and knowledgeable of their craft.They were friendly, courteous and answered any questions I had promptly. But I did tell everyone I talked to from the salesman to the installers I was using well water to fill and they forgot that chemical bottle, but received it in less than 2 days after calling customer service. My grandkids absolutely love the pool and I cannot ask fir a better experience.

Myly ChristopherThe *** that came out was SUPER friendly and helpful. The finance department was a little pushy trying to get us to finance with them at a crazy interest rate instead of our bank. When you speak to the finance department just be ready for some VERY nasty attitudes, at least that's what I got from them.
