Great service, personable. I had stripped bolt attempting to put on a tailgate assist. The guys at Blue Wrench were able to dislodge the wayward bolt and install my tailgate assist in a short time at a reasonable price. I'm very thankful for their honesty and great work.

We were on a long trip returning home. When we experienced a very serious brake faiure. In Caldwell idaho, Blue wrench in Boise said they would help us when nobody else would! We had our rig towed to their location and true to their word got right on it and within two hours had us back on the road . Noah and Mike are super people and do fantastic work. Very good place to go !

Very easy to make apt even though took a little while. Outstanding customer relations. I have been in technical operations teaching dealers throughout the country and they are an example of how a business should be ran. They got my work done when they said it would be done. They didn't try to pad and inflate work needed. They even saved me some dollars. Thank You

A/c quit on my 04 dodge ram for the third summer in a row, last august. i was tired of messing with it. Madeline kept me well updated on what they found and pricing, the rockauto orifice tube i had installed a year earlier had sprung a leak! 9 months later fired up my a/c this year and finally broke the cycle! Thank you blue wrench!

As an older single female, I could not have asked for a better pre-purchase inspection experience by Blue Wrench. The result of the thoroughness of the inspection prevented me from purchasing a vehicle, claimed by the dealership as being in excellent condition and found to have $$$$ issues! I took my Honda here for an issue with my harmonic balancer and they took their time while also getting my car back to me as soon as possible. This is the only place I'm going to for my cars from now on because of the quality and the price of their service. They stayed within the price range and don't overcharge you! A diagnostic for $175 is completely worth it because it covers so much to find out what your issue is or any other issues you might have not known about. I seriously recommend Blue Wrench. Mid February 2024 my wife and I were traveling south in our Class A diesel pusher from Washington state and had what appeared to be a problem with the turbo, i.e. weak acceleration and no climbing power. Blue Wrench was recommended to us by our friend in Eagle. Sean got us in early in the day, the crew analysed the problem quickly and had us back on the road by early afternoon. Great place! I highly recommend this shop to anyone that is looking to be treated fairly and honestly. I have a Small Class C RV and Blue Wrench replaced my rear air springs way cheaper than the quotes I received from any of the local RV Dealerships! Plus, they even used the new parts that I personally purchased/supplied. Zach, the GM, was very responsive with my phone calls and via email, concerning my truck. I would definitely recommend this automotive center for all your car automotive needs. They are very professional and have a sufficient waiting area as well.
