Had a difficult problem to solve, resulted in charging me for more hours than was ultimately needed,, but resolved at the end... would have thought a better negotiated price was due me, since several hours were spent without fixing anything, just diagnosing the problem.

Excellent communication and follow-up. Returned my call within 20 min. Scheduled service for next day. Called 30 min in advance of arrival with picture and name of technician. Arrived on time. Performed the work promptly and at a reasonable cost which was fully explained. Showed respect for my home by wearing protective gear. I would recommend them and would definitely hire again.

Bluefrog was there for us through our entire project. Dealing with a gas leak can be very stressful. We had some issues that were no fault of our own that Kari from bluefrog helped us get through. Communication can be a struggle during these challenging times but they did what they promised and we appreciate their professionalism!
