Great if works but lots of time it comes up with an error or incomplete test data. Definitely not worth the money.

The app does not connect to the device. The service department does not answer phone calls and the chat function just tells me to check the manual. Device beeps but will not connect via Bluetooth to any device. Obviously the developer doesn't read as I have tried to connect with the chat and they cant help. There is an issue with your app both on Android and apple

Blue Connect Plus, Worked well for first nine months then stopped taking automatic measurements, permanently says "Network connectivity down" same message for 10 months, unit exchanged but same message.

Cant load measurments anymore. Keeps saying 'error loading data' but I got a reading the morning???

DONT BUY ONE OF THESE AS THERE IS NO AFTER MARKET SERVICE WHATSOEVER. YOU WILL BE LOSING YOUR MI EY AFTER A YEAR OR SO. This product worked really well for about 12 months. Then it simply stopped talking to the app. I think this occurred d after an app upgrade. I have had no help whatsoever from my reseller and the company has not returned any of my emails. It has now been 4 months and after paying a good amount of money for the blue connect it is completely useless.

Total waste of money This is advertised to work in all pools, but those with a salt chrolinator return sensor errors unless you pay more for a gold sensor. The Sigfox connection does not work, but you can pay more to get a Wi-Fi extender. I hope I can get a refund. As an update, Astral replaced my Blue Connect with a Blue Connect Plus, so the probe is working now. Unfortunately the Sigfox connection is very flakey.

Bluetooth stopped working after 2 and a half weeks and Sigfox connection never worked reliably. No way to get support. Paid for the Plus subscription and received 1 measurement every 2 days at best during the time it worked, even though my area appears to have coverage on the Sigfox website. Update: Fluidra replaced the faulty unit - no issues since then.
