Professional and friendly. My first appointment was great. The girls were friendly as soon as I walked in and very welcoming. My hygienist was very nice and explained everything she was doing and always asked if I had any questions. I was even given a nice welcome gift. Dr. Smith was very friendly also, and made sure I didn't have any concerns. The whole office seems fun and that is what I like to see in an office.

Grear service and staff! I have been to Haake Dental numerous times this year and each visit I have been exceptionally taken care of. The staff is always pleasant and caring even of it's just on a phone call. I switched to Haake Dental on a recommendation and left my current provider of 20+ years.

Best Dentist I've Ever Been To While out of town, I had a traumatic accident in which I lost my front tooth and chipped four other teeth. I had emergency oral surgery while I was out of town. I was desperate to have further repairs to my teeth when I returned to Kansas City. I recently moved here and had no dentist at the time. Best dental experience I've ever had I have pretty bad dental anxiety and haven't been to the dentist in years. This office was recommended to me by a friend and I am so glad I went! I was comfortable, my hygienist was very personable, & the dentist was great! No one made me feel bad about not going to the dentist for so long. I especially appreciated the personalized note and gift bag. Great experience!

Family Oriented Service Every time I walk into Haake Office, the receptionist greets me by name and tells me that my dental hygienist, Jackie will be right with my. Jackie is always prompt and friendly. I normally only sit in the waiting room for a few minutes, before I am taken back to the chair and cleaned. The cleaning is quick and thorough. While waiting for the dentist Jackie and I will talk about the latest trends, seasons and what we have been up to. The dentist comes a couple minutes later to double check everything.... read more
