Great location! The management staff was awesome!
Magnificent views!!! Very clean units.
This was our first all-family vacation after many years. What a delightful property. Lovely home with lots of room, wood floors, pool and spa with waterfall, outdoor shower, streaming channels on all TVs, big driveway for parking multiple cars, big kitchen, gas firepit. Beautiful glass patio doors that opened up entirely to back yard area. Overall a wonderful vacation spot!
Great stay.
Very disappointed in BW. Trash cans on the side of the home created a terrible fly problem (previous guest's trash was still in the cans, exterior & interior of cans were filthy). After two calls and many texts, BW refused to empty the cans, clean the cans, or removed the cans.

Location, Location, Location. This rental sits right amongst the hustle and peacefulness of Sail Bay and Pacific Ocean. This rental has it all. Fully stocked kitchen, beach equipment, laundry on site, furniture high end, comfortable beds and linens. When you walk in you feel like you are home. The neighborhood is safe, right on the boardwalk, morning strolls were the best. I would rent this home again.
Home had a great location and back deck was lovely. Fire pit was also great. Home lacked certain basics I would have expected and had a few maintenance issues. We had a problem with the next door neighbors complaining about regular baby noises (cry/yell) during daytime (baby didn't cry at night), but that isn't the fault of renter. I think La Jolla Shores isn't that chill with AirBnBs generally.
We absolutely enjoyed our stay with Bluewater vacation homes. The home was ideally clean and the host went above and beyond by making sure we were satisfied with our stay. Super open to help and assist with any questions that we had. We also liked how convenient the website system was for this Airbnb. So easy to follow and easily accessible. Would definitely come back for another stay in the future.
