The home was very accommodating and comfortable. Everything we needed was right there. Literally was just steps from the beach and the boardwalk . We were a family of 7 celebrating birthdays and we had plenty of space. We arrived late and was very tired but check in was so smooth. We brought our own bikes and there was a bike rack right outside the door which was awesome. All instructions were very clear. I would definitely recommend and would stay again myself.
Perfect location! This second floor unit overlooking Ocean front walk provides great views while maintaining privacy. Each bedroom has its own deck. The floor plan is perfect for multiple families. Parking is difficult at best on Mission Beach. Having a garage was truly a plus.

The home and amenities were beautiful. Being in Del Mar was great, you’re only an 18-minute drive from everything in San Diego. The homes’ proximity to the ocean/beach, restaurants and stores was real bonus. I enjoyed being able to see the ocean from the second-floor balcony. And Bluewater Vacation was always responsive and just a text away. My only concerns with this property are the tools that Bluewater Vacation uses to monitor and serve their guests. Great home! Perfect location! Amazing views!
Great stay. Location is great. 2-3 minute walk to either the bay or ocean side. Seemed to be in a quieter neighborhood so we didn’t have any issues with loud neighbors. The place is very small, which is expected in a beach house like this. We had 4 people and it wasn’t crowded but if all the 4 bedrooms were full, there would not be room for everyone in the kitchen/living area. Communication with Bluewater was great. They checked in multiple times to make sure everything was going well. Highly recommend.
The place and setting are both gorgeous. Super convenient, and right on the beach! Bluewater was great too! They were extremely communicative, and even sent our son's lost backpack (with his favorite trains in it) back to us via USPS when we left it behind. Great place, great service!

Terrific location right on the beach. Very nice unit with great open living area and great views of the beach.
