The house was clean and spacious. Stocked with everything we needed for minimal cooking in the kitchen. Lovely outdoor area and was a great location for all of the things we wanted to do in San Diego. Generally, a great stay. 2 small critiques. 1) I kept getting texts that excess volume was coming from the house....while we were all asleep. You cant beat the view from this place. Location is great and the place was extremely clean. Bluewater provided excellent communication and quick response.

Great time here. A couple heads ups. If you value your privacy, probably not the place for you. No doors to bathrooms in bedrooms, and rest of house is in full view to all the people walking the boardwalk. Having said that, if you want a great taste of Mission Beach, the people watching is outstanding, the location is perfect. The team handling it was very responsive. Location and space were perfect for our group. Right on the beach with great communal spaces to hang out, prepare and have meals, etc. Check in process was very easy and host was easy to communicate with as well. I highly recommend this home

Ended up staying here while construction was being done, and it really didn't affect the experience at all. The ocean views from the living room were still unobstructed, and there were plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms for my group to use. Although there was some initial miscommunication about the availability of the garage with the construction that's been going on, there is a nearby parking lot that worked out perfectly fine as an alternative. This is exactly as advertised and was one of the nicer Airbnbs we’ve stayed at. The beach is also much closer than I expected. Communication was timely but because this is run by a professional service there wasn’t as much flexibility (check in time was a bit later than others and we couldn’t really get much of a late checkout). Overall good value and would stay again.

This place was great for our group! Plenty of space and comfortable. In a great location and easy to follow instructions. We didn’t have an extra roll of toilet paper, but the team was super responsive and brought us extra rolls.
