Overall the place was great. The location is prefect. If you’re looking for a spot close to the water in Mission Beach you won’t be disappointed. The rooftop patio is the perfect place to have breakfast in the morning or finish your night with a glass of wine overlooking the bay. There are three potential downsides worth noting. Check in time is late (4pm) and they don’t allow you to store your bags before you check in. They don’t let you use any of their beach equipment like chairs or umbrellas. Nice condo. Oceanfront location provided unobstructed views of the beach. The home was clean and the home included everything we needed to be comfortable. I would recommend this rental to a friend without hesitation.
Wow, a completely idyllic experience! Steps from the ocean on a quiet street. You fall asleep listening to the waves, it’s unreal! The space has so much charm and is really peaceful, I kept saying to my husband that I was ready to move in permanently! The communication was fantastic through a streamlined text message check in and friendly reminder system. It was easy to get anywhere by foot or bike, so truly the perfect home base for any beachy San Diego trip. Can’t wait to come back!

This place was great and beautiful! My family and I celebrated my grandmothers 80th birthday and she absolutely loved it here. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

House was cleaned and tidy. Management company was on top of things and very accommodating for a late check out.
This is a hidden gem in the area. So nice to wake up to a sunrise on the bay, and walk a block to watch it set again on the ocean. Restaurants were great, ate breakfast at Molly's, had coffee at Better Buzz, and had dinner right there at Moe's. Walking trails right outside as well.
