Although I am very happy with my hair color (the second time around), the customer service skills at Bluffton Lounge are sorely lacking. This is a review for anyone reading this and is on the fence with a budget. After your initial highlights you were asked if you were satisfied with your service and you said you were very happy with your hair and color. You then waited a month to reach out to say you could see your roots. We informed you that it is normal to see your roots at around the 10 day mark due to normal hair growth. The person who did my hair ruined it. She mad it black and tried to tell me it was not black ..... would not fix it. Will NEVER ever go there again.
I give this place five stars before.Know I'm giving it two because after a week my red hair was gone and know it's officially fried.I could of done it better and cheaper my self.But the people are nice there though.Good luck! It's been fried for the last month and a half know.
