DO NOT GO HERE. They reschedule weeks out if you have long hair. And if you go on a windy day...NEVER MIND. They start brushing your hair only to tell you to go somewhere else and never come back cause the wind made it a little knotty. GO ELSEWHERE.
Asked for a trim to refresh my stacked bob. Showed a picture of requested cut. Asked to have just a little length removed. Before I knew it my whole head was layered. I gave very clear directions and now look bald. I’m very unhappy 😞.
Although I am very happy with my hair color (the second time around), the customer service skills at Bluffton Lounge are sorely lacking. This is a review for anyone reading this and is on the fence with a budget. The person who did my hair ruined it. She mad it black and tried to tell me it was not black ..... would not fix it. Will NEVER ever go there again.
I give this place five stars before.Know I'm giving it two because after a week my red hair was gone and know it's officially fried.I could of done it better and cheaper my self.But the people are nice there though.Good luck! It's been fried for the last month and a half know.
