Despite the matter being close note, I felt that I wasn't given the opportunity with Blumers support to present my statement despite the defendants statements have had lies and miss-leading information. My decision to accept the final offer was based on key words that were clearly mentioned in my initial engagement contract, if I declined offer I felt I won't be support by the firm.
