"Efficient, friendly and reliable dealership" My i3 made a weird noise. It was quicky diagnosed as a rock wedged in bewteen the brake rotor and backing plate. Loaner car was great and everyone was so courteous and friendly

"Great Dealership led by Great People!" I realize these two words don't typically go together but NCBMW is a truly great place to get a car if you are looking for a BMW. You can buy a luxury euro many places today in LA, (we have owned Mercedes and Audi) but these guys and this dealership, in particular, are worth your look because of their customer service.
