"Great Service from Mike Bullus" Mike Bullus consistently provides excellent customer service. He answers my questions thoroughly, and I know exactly what to expect from my service appointment. He knows the BMW product line well and makes suggestions on how to get the best from my BMW. I've been disappointed in other service experiences with a BMW dealership, but I don't have to worry about that with Mike at Casey. Thank you for extending great customer service.

"2020 M340i XDrive" My car buying process started when I was kindly greeted by Kellen in early April/2020. I was on the lot "looking" around, and didn't really intend on buying any new cars in the near future. "I recently had my complementary annual safety inspection..." I recently had my complementary annual safety inspection at Casey BMW. My service specialist was very professional, polite and honest. He checked with me on what needed to be done, when it was completed and would be ready after my car had a complementary car wash and then when it was ready to go. It took more than an hour, but the waiting room is nice: I could easily do social distancing, the bathroom is always clean, outlets for phone and laptops and well stocked... read more

He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, extremely professional, and very personable. He got the paperwork associated with buying my vehicle ready very fast and showed me some of the other vehicles on the lot while my new vehicle was being cleaned.
