"Good experience" My daughter is at Auburn and the car went in for an airbag recall. Everything went fine and the car was done in a couple of hours. Much better than our local dealer who took all day to do the other one. Zak was really good to deal with. Thanks! Robert
"Car wouldn't start " I have never had service like the one I got the other day when my car wouldn't start. They had it towed and sent a Uber for me. Thank you so much. Come to find out, the battery had went dead. They called and texted me to keep me informed about what was going on about the tow and the Uber. After I got home, they informed me that my car had been picked up and headed to BMW. I appreciate everything they did for me.
