Mr. Barnes still accommodated me despite my appointment being voided. He was very professional and friendly and always kept me updated on the status of vehicle. Mr. Barnes also worked with my schedule upon completion of services for vehicle pick up. He stayed later to ensure I get my vehicle that day.
