We originally went to look at a vehicle that was sold as soon as we arrived, but Sergio Jimenez found us an even better one that wasn't listed yet. Smooth, easy transaction. I highly recommend him.

I located a 2010 BMW 535i xdrive here at Advantage Midtown. Ricardo Quiroz helped me with all my questions about the car over emails and phone while I was out of town traveling. Once I was able to see the car in person, he went above and beyond in showing me the car.... which was a big difference from other dealerships that had similar cars for sale. This is the second car I bought from Advantage, my first being a brand new 2015 X5 back a few years ago. My purchase experience was A+ both times.

It’s always a pleasure to get my car serviced at BMW Midtown . I only like my car hand washed and I appreciate that Mayra (my service advisor) put a sign on my dash that read “hand wash only “ . It’s the little things that make a difference . My X6 looks like new again after my routine service . Thank you for your excellent customer service
