Communication needs a face lift... I hate getting different information btn customer service and service dept. No calls returned.... frustrated I drove my vehicle there just to get attention. But once there they are very nice and helpful... My guy is Anthony and he's very professional and polite. It's like a dysfunctional family but I still love them.

Had a flat this morning and because my wheel lock was missing I took it to Advantage BMW Downtown. I was assigned a new rep since my 2 previous ones had left. Anthony was very nice and professional so no issues there. What I did have an issue with this time was paying $175 to have the flat tire replaced with my stock one that I brought. Ugh! I could have Uberred, bought the wheel lock and gone back to discount tire and saved a bundle. Not good customer service given my years of service. Lesson learned!!!!!!

I recently had our car serviced with Floyd Lopez. He was extremely helpful. Always picked up the phone. Always called or texted me letting me know the status of my car, extremely helpful dealing with the insurance personnel. Seriously, I would recommend him highly. In my 30 years of getting my cars serviced, I've never had better service. Thank you Floyd!
