Rader Evans is the absolute BEST!!!! Rader Evans is the only reason that I go to BMW Of North Houston. He is knowledgeable about all services and products. He goes above and beyond to ensure that every visit is a positive experience. I WILL NOT LEAVE MY VEHICLE WITH ANYONE BUT RADER EVANS. BMW of Houston North Service Erick is a great service advisor. Understood what I needed and made good additional recommendations. Provided a nice loaner car and work was completed by my requested time. Car was delivered clean inside and outside when picked up.

Hands Down .... Best BMW Service Department I recently had my X5 in for service and Jeremy Gold, my Service Advisor, was awesome !! He was very professional and kept me updated on the status of the repairs the whole time. When I left a message for him, he always returned my calls in a very timely manner.
