"My Buying Experience" Another excellent experience with Paul Kolleck and the team at the BMW store. "Review of My buying Experience at BMW with Paul & Susan" This was my second experience in 8 years of buying a new BMW from Paul Kolleck. My wife and I bought two X3s eight yrs ago and a new X5 this month. He was always very helpful and anticipated our needs. He makes the car buying experience pleasent. Susan Ward was also very helpful to go thru all the setup of the car electronics and features.
"Wonderful Buying Experience" Susan and Paul greeted us at the door and were eager to help. Paul knew the inventory and immediately set us up with a test drive. We were impressed with Paul's years of experience and product knowledge. He and the staff helped make the whole buying process very easy. We did not expect to leave with a new BMW that same day. Susan was wonderful showing and explaining all the details with the new car. We would definitely buy from them again and recommend others.
"Leasing from this store " Our family has several BMW leases every 3 years and we have bought several at lease end . We have worked with the sales and lease end manager over last 12 years. We are impressed with their sole focus on serving the customer . It’s not knowledge of the product alone but the experience makes a big difference . "Very helpful and accommodating" Brian DiPaolo was very helpful and patient during the sale. No high pressure and very open to fair negotiations and helpful with purchasing options to reduce cost. Susan Ward was the “genius” that helped me to understand how the car operates, especially the technology. I have already emailed and revisited for my “encore” and she made it all very easy. She has been very open to my calls and emails. This was all most important in my evaluation/rating of 5 stars.
