I and my family own or lease Ray Catena vehicles. I've leased from this dealership for over 4 years. I had problems with my car radio and was told to stop by on a Sat and a tech would take a look. Upon a quick insepection he said I should make an appt. When I left the car now was making a noise that would drain my battery, I now had to drive back and leave my car. I went in for a warranty oil change, on my 2012 Mini Cooper S, and was told I may need front brakes, which btw are covered under the warranty, which also expires next month. During the service, the rep approaches me to inform me I need 2 front tires at at an astounding price of 465 dollars, to which I replied, and told him, that the only thing I got out of a 1800 dollar warranty, was 3 oil changes, they never rotated my tires when I asked, and now they want to sell me tires, knowing my inspection is due next month. Horrible service. I brought my car in on Monday at 8am to have a diagnostic test run to find out why my check engine light was on. Should be a pretty quick thing right? WRONG! I get a call at about 3pm saying that my car wouldn't be ready until Tuesday. When I asked why, how long could a diagnostics test take I was told that they are a very busy dealership and no one got to my car on Monday so they would look at it on Tuesday. Fine I let that go. Called ahead to price windshield wiper blades got one price, came in and the price went up $20. Parts told me to check with service, The service department told me I was quoted an inventory price and I needed to go to another building....I went to Amazon dot com! Terrible. Also I am in the market for a new BMW.....Will not buy from BMW of Westchester if this is the level of service and parts professionals you employ.

Your vehicle, which you took delivery of on Sept 2, 2016 has a NY state temporary registration good for 45 days / or until October 17, 2016. Brought in my 340i with the same tire problem TWICE. They couldn't get it right after 2 attempts and now I have to bring in the car once more to see if this can get resolved once and for all. Poor service, you're BMW deserves better!
