I have had 3 BMW's and the main thing that I like about the brand is the service from the dealership. Co's treats you like family, the good kind. "Geoff from Service department is Awesome..!!" serviced my bmw X5 here a week ago. my appoint wait time was about 2 weeks which is OK considering the traffic they get in a month. its a great location. i worked with Geoff. he is very responsive for any inquiry and took car of the car very well. checked in a few times after my service to make sure everything is looking ok and i dont have any concerns. "Exception Sales People and Dealership" The lease on our X3 expires in December 19 and I had stopped at the dealership in March of 19 to see if there were any options available to terminate the lease early and begin a new lease. Tony Stuart assisted me and quickly told me that BMW wasn't currently offering a "pull ahead" program, but he would keep in touch with me in the likelihood that program became available.
