My wife and I have now made the three hour trip from Wisconsin to work with Sam Shatat twice on the purchase of new vehicles, and we would be happy to do it again. On my last visit I drove over a nail just as we exited the interstate and Sam arranged to have my (non-BMW) tire repaired at no charge while we worked on the new purchase. Sam and Neeley are a real pleasure to work with and my experience at this dealership has been excellent.
