The parts for this service were to be ordered on Aug 03 and dealership was to contact me when parts were received. After not hearing from the dealership, I called them on Sept 24. I thought that covid may have been responsible for parts being unavailable but decided to inquire. My call was transferred four(4) times to different people before finally being told the parts had not been ordered.
