The service was good. used truck no warranty, I have replaced brakes roters,calibers newtires& balance rotation wipers air filter. oil Filter&Changes &all fluids
T.J.Neal was our sales person.He did a excellent job for us, even stayed past closing time, so did the person who does the contracts.
Bill is always great to deal with in service dept. I never have any issues. He is very thorough. He keeps me updated and takes care of any issues I have.
Friendly, willingness to answer questions (I usually have many) are the staff’s best qualities. Attention to detail is a priority. They are more concerned about doing things right than doing it fast, and that’s the way I like it.
I am disappointed with a few things that occurred regarding a used vehicle purchase. My initial contact was with Aaron, via telephone, regarding a CPO, a 2018 X5, that was listed on the dealership website. During our initial communication Aaron reported that he had been driving the vehicle while it was for sale, Knowing that, I asked that it be cleaned prior to my out of state arrival and I made it clear that if that car met all of my expectations I would be purchasing it. Although quite friendly and helpful my salesman seemed more interested in getting a 5-star review from me for his bonus than the actual sale. So far I am very pleased with the car I purchased and the price I paid was in line with what I expected to pay, but I was surprised that out of the blue while waiting for the finance guy my salesman started saying things about people getting loans for cars then keeping the money and not paying for the car and things such as that.
