Service people are nice and professional. But my car had only 20,000 miles on it and major problems. Dropping the car off for service is a lengthy process where the shop takes videos of your car as it drives up in what feels like an attempt to upsell me things I don't need. I'd been to the shop too many times and decided to get rid of my BMW 3 series. No more stress.
