RecommendedAndrew was very helpful and diagnosed my car for free and when the problem wasn’t what I thought it was he saved me money by explaining the issue didn’t need to be fixed. I also had an oil leak and the cost was surprisingly affordable and it cost less than the quote so I was pleasantly surprised. No one tried to upsale me on services I didn’t need and they were all upfront with the pricing and timing. I was very impressed with the service I received. Thank you BMW and Andrew.

RecommendedMr. Moreno at the service department will take care of you! I haven’t seen him in almost a year and he still remembered me! He helped me out with my alignment and other car repairs in the past and did his best to work with me. Didn’t recommend unnecessary repairs or installs.
