"Best car purchase experience EVER" Found the perfect M4 for our son on the internet. Contacted dealership and was referred to Jakob Lund due to his experience with selling cars via the internet. "Wiper blade replacement not the best" Priscilla Allard Is great. She listened and took care of my automotive concerns. Highly recommended . The person that changed my windshield wiper blade did a sloppy job. The passenger side wiper did not clear water from windshield. Had to go back to BMW.....not a short trip for me....from Woodland WA. Priscilla took control and replaced them ASAP. She deserves the best customer service award.
