Kindness, knowledge, and professionalism.....this is why we stay with WVM and Wyoming Valley BMW. Our experience was amazing. Bought a certified used BMW from there and I must say all the way through the process was just a very pleasing experience.....form my initial emails with Steve(who was very quick to respond)....to Tony (my salesman)...who really new his cars and was very easy to talk to....to Julie in finance...who made it a very painless process ;-)....and last but not least is Jesse...the guy who gets you in your car and explains all the new gadgets and buttons and such......great job everyone!...You found a new customer!!

I just bought my first certified pre-owned BMW 328ix. It has LOW MILES and is in impeccable condition!! I had a pleasurable time working with different staff at the brand new dealership on route 315. I would especially like to give much thanks to my salesman, Maurice Ledoux!!! He showed me all the features of the vehicle and how to operate them. He was a joy to work with.
