"This was the best car buying experience, I did not get..." This was the best car buying experience, I did not get stuck at the car dealer too long after selecting the car(The car was built and took about 3-4 weeks for arrival) Once the car was in everything was set and out of the dealer around one hour.

My salesman Gabe couldn't have made my experience any easier except for possibly dropping it off at my house personally, which he probably would have. The overall experience has reminded me of 6 BMWs later that their is only 1 true driving experience!! Thank you Gabe for making me look good around town and for making the deal happen! "I received a call form the BMW Service Dept letting me..." I received a call form the BMW Service Dept letting me know that my X5 was dues for an oil and air filter change. So they scheduled for me. Got a loaner while car was worked on, and was able to pick up in the afternoon. Another great service appointment.

I wanted to purchase a second car for my wife and this dealership had the perfect used Ford Mustang GT Convertible on the lot just waiting for her. Ashok made sure every detal was taken care of and the dealership stood behind his requests. We felt well taken care of by both. They are an important component of selecting a brand. Of course, it's quite helpful that our favorite brand of vehicles are sold there. Mike K. handled our sale and he was great in every way. We are delighted with our experience.

"They did a huge job. They fixed an oil leak, which..." They did a huge job. They fixed an oil leak, which involves to take a part the engine into several parts to get to the problem - leak. Also the air suspension leak was fixt. Only a small detail escaped them to do after all, and makes me "confused". They forget (probably used to be very busy) to reset trip computer for oil change and steel show is left to drive only 3000 miles, but I have reset it myself, it was easy and pleasure for me to be able to "contribute" with so... read more
