I called in and got a quote for a carbon emission cleaning on a 2011 335D man on the phone said it would be about 650$ I dropped it off after hours to the service department, once the car was torn apart I got a call with a new quote for 1750.00 I was pissed but it’s a bmw it’s what u expect, then I got a text saying it’s done and now I’ve been waiting 2 hours for my car, not to mention my total at the end was 2026.00$! Don’t get your bmw serviced here!
I’m sure others have had a different experience than I’ve had, but I refuse to go to pleasant grove anymore. Every time I took my car in to pleasant grove I was pressured to make repairs or buy replacements prematurely and whenever I declined they made me feel guilty and silly for not doing it immediately. I’ve started taking my car to Murray and they have told me that the repairs or replacements pleasant grove told me to make immediately could actually wait another 6+ months. Thanks BMW of PG for nothing. Maybe the next time someone pays you to perform a pre-purchase inspection, you have your technicians do it with their eyes open. The half-assed attempt I was shown at "making it right" was more of an insult than anything else. And I really appreciated being lied to several times, by several different people. Especially by your Service Manager, General Manager and the Service Writer. If you actually cared to make this right you'd give me back ALL of the money I wasted on your company.
