David is the guy you want to work with when buying a car. NO GAMES! I appreciate that. Everyone was very friendly and kind as we had our 15 month old Grandson with us and everyone want to make sure he was comfortable. Scott was very easy to work with and helpful on the finance side. Drove 2.5 hours to buy this car from them. We will do it again.

Regardless of the name and reputation-TAKE A USED CAR to a mechanic before you sign. Machens is like any other dealership; don't care what they sell as long as they sell it. All that money sure has made them greedy!
I filled out a form to find out more about an auto on their website, specifically requesting evening contact. Internet sales manager can't read his leads,and calls people even though they have requested a specific time to be call. Not sure why they even have this "field" on their website if they aren't going to use it. I had customers at my desk in the daytime,to hear my cell to ring and find out the internet sales guy there can't read, or could care less what your request even was.
