"Awesome and Amazing !!!!" I could have went to chattinoga or Bowling Green and i chiose to get my work done with u guys , i actually have worked for a honda dealership for 15 years and i want to say u guys customer service from the lot porter to the service manager , was very impressive !!! "Takata air-bag recall." Very courteous, highly professional and accomadating dealership. My wife and I were taken and returned from Greenwood Mall where we did some Christmas shopping while the service was being conducted.
"Purchase of new X5." Everyone in the dealership was professional. Bill Moore was very helpful just as he was 8 years ago when we purchased our first BMW from him.
"New Battery" I called ahead, Ron helped me figure out what my issue my be, I tested it, he was right, came in and had my new battery installed in an hour. Don’t know if you really need to charge labor for a battery change.
"Airbag Replacement" Work was completed as promised. Staff is always friendly, helpful and professional. They make every effort to ensure that your experience is a good one when taking your car in for service.
"20k X3 Service" Well taken care of by Ron and Chris when I brought my X3 in for its 20k service. As always, things were well explained and the car was serviced and wash/cleaned in a timely manner.
"Professional service" Luxury Imports was thorough and professional in taking care of my vehicle for an oil change. They gave me a summary of what would be needed in the coming months to take care of my vehicle.
"Ron is pleasant and knowledgeable" excellent service and support..Ron has always been available to help with any question[s] I have about the car or features that I may not understand
"Schedule B service GLE 350" Chris the service manager was great to deal with. He explained in detail what was being done and also pointed out anything after the inspection that he recommended doing or to watch for. Service appointment was finished in a timely manner and right in line with his estimation on when it would be completed.
