When I talked to the salesman in Peabody, Peter Lane, I thought he was going to give me some song and dance about how the price I saw online was not the local price to build your own BMW, etc... Called the dealer on Sat morning, spoke to Alex and informed me of the approximate cost, later texted me the exact cost and provided ETA. I was surprised the cost was the same as TireRack (tire and installation). Great Dealer ship have worked with Craig Patel who is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and sorted out an issue I had width my lease payment immediately. I have gone back to BMW after a few years with Maserati, and whilst both are great cars, the level of service at BMW Peabody is just at a different level. You can not beat that German efficiency.
